Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Process to return the item for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
